Hwy 290 Northwest Freeway feeder WB at Jones Road back open after oveloaded dump truck rolls overdump truck overturned in the area on Tuesday afternoon. The Jersey Village Police Department said the truck was overloaded and rolled when making a right turn from Jones Road onto the service road.
