Illinois Lottery hosting ‘pot of gold' events for St. Pat's Day at ‘lucky' Chicago spots
The St. Patrick's Day events will be held at two Chicago area retailers, which Illinois Lottery says are some of the organization's "luckiest" places to buy a ticket.
