Ella Dining Room and Bar, 1131 K St. in Sacramento, is serving up a prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day. For $175 per person, the upscale eatery is offering a four-course meal, a caviar amuse bouche and a bottle of champagne per couple. For an additional $85 per person, dinner comes with a wine pairing for each course.

Seafood lovers can make Valentine's Day special at Harbor House, 550 N. Harbor Drive. On Feb. 14 and 15, the lakeside restaurant will offer a three-course menu with dishes such as baked oysters with warm champagne cream and Ossetra caviar and steamed South African lobster tails with herb butter, red potatoes, green beans, and drawn butter.
