More than five years since negotiations began, budget carrier Sun Country Airlines has reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement with its flight attendants. Minneapolis-based Sun Country and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters,

Sun Country and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 120, announced they’ve reached a tentative collective bargaining agreement.

Members of the Teamsters Local 120 have come to an agreement in principle with the airline on a new tentative contract. The Teamsters and Sun Country began contract negotiations in 2019 and entered into federal mediation in December 2023.

Sun County Airlines and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) announced Thursday that they have reached an Agreement in Principle on a new collective bargaining agreement covering the airlines about 800 flight attendants,
