CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Hamilton County has successfully acquired the 17-acre Hilltop Concrete site adjacent to Paycor Stadium, a move aimed at expanding parking for Bengals games and other events.
Concrete trucks will no longer rumble past Paycor Stadium after Jan. 31 when Hilltop Basic Resources will cease operations at its downtown plant, according to Kevin Sheehan, president of Hilltop.
