By James Hibberd Writer-at-Large Brolin took to his Instagram stories to point out that “it makes no sense” that Villeneuve was snubbed for best director given the film racking up five nominations — including best picture.

The 'Dune' actor threatened he'd quit acting if Villeneuve got snubbed for Best Director again, which the directed did this morning.
