Saffie Joseph Jr.'s contingent of White Abarrio, Be Your Best, Mystic Lake, and Skippylongstocking, who finished third to White Abarrio in the Pegasus Stakes (G1), all exited their races in good order.

Breeders' Cup Classic winner White Abarrio delivered a world-class stretch run to take the Pegasus. It was always possible, but not exactly fully expected.

White Abarrio has won the $3 million Pegasus World Cup with a dominant performance at Gulfstream. He ran 1 1/8 miles in 1:48.05 under jockey Irad Ortiz Jr., who earned his third career Pegasus victory.

With Saturday’s win in the 1 1/8-mile stakes, White Abarrio improved to seven victories and a second in nine career races at Gulfsream, where his lone off-the-board finish came in the 2023 Pegasus when he finished eighth.
