LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The case against a Shepherdsville man accused of killing his 2-month-old son has been dismissed.

A 2-month-old baby died today at the Maggiore hospital in Parma where he had been admitted after being found last Friday in cardiac arrest in his cot, in San Rocco al Porto, in the Lodi area.
