Doja Cat, Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, LISA of Blackpink, Queen Latifah and RAYE have been announced as musical performers for this year’s 97th Annual Academy Awards. The Academy says they will participate in “showstopping performances celebrating the filmmaking community and some of its legends at the 97th Oscars”.

The Academy said it will be moving in a new direction as far as music selections go and doing away with live performances of the best original song nominees.

Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande have revealed they are planning a very special performance at the Oscars this weekend. Despite singing together live on set, the Wicked co-stars have not actually performed any numbers from the movie musical together since it became a box office hit last year.

Plus: Doja Cat, LISA of Blackpink, Queen Latifah, and RAYE will also take the stage on Sunday night.

The Academy has started announcing the performers for this year's Oscars, and Lisa of Blackpink is one of them!

Doja Cat, Lisa of Blackpink, Queen Latifah and Raye also will perform on the telecast. Wicked ’s Oscar-nominated stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo will perform on Sunday’s Oscars, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
