A bride-to-be has taken to the internet to share her frustration after discovering the dress her sister plans to wear to her wedding.

Love is in the air in downtown Minneapolis where Hennepin County judges performed free marriage ceremonies Friday afternoon on Valentine’s Day, a 12-year old tradition.
