I called the RCI operator and she told me that they cannot fix the website and that I had to ask Club Wyndham to fix it. They lied. Nothing wrong for their site, much be my pc has problem.

The service can be lousy and not a great investment. Shell Vacations Club (now owned by Wyndham) is the most unethical organization I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ATTEND THEIR SALES PRESENTATIONS!!!!
