A "Wall of Hope" memorial has been set up to honor those who lost their lives in the recent Washington, D.C. plane crash.

A small aircraft crashed on an avenue in Sao Paulo shortly after taking off from a nearby private airport, killing at least two of its passengers, the local firefighter corps said in a statement.
