The Federal Aviation Administration says analysis in the wake of January’s crash between an Army helicopter and a passenger jet landing at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and has identified other airports where the risks of similar collisions are too high.

The FAA found safety issues at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport similar to those that led to January's fatal collision at Washington, D.C.’s Reagan National Airport and has made immediate changes to safety protocols while continuing to review other hotspot airports.
