Clemmons Elementary students collected 11,000 cereal boxes for the local food pantry. Last year, students collected about 2,800 boxes.
The Indianola Middle School and the Indianola Noon Lions Club are encouraging the community to buy boxes of cereal that will be donated to the local food bank.
