Hamilton County offers a virtual Youth Mental Health First Aid program to aid young people with mental health or substance use issues.

In response to growing mental health challenges facing young people, Integral Care in Travis County is offering a free Youth Mental Health First Aid training program to community members.

Part of what makes medical emergencies so scary is that, by nature, they can happen completely unexpectedly.

Hosted by Health, Human Performance and Recreation, training to become a certified Mental Health First Aider and subsequent certifications will be available virtually through Zoom.
