SAN JOSE — Year two of San Jose State football head coach Ken Niumatalolo’s tenure was in full swing Saturday afternoon when the Spartans hosted their annual Spring Game at CEFCU Stadium.

After high school, the 6-foot-3 Davis enrolled at San Jose State, where he played each of the past two seasons. He played in 30 games as a freshman, making three starts for the Spartans.

San Jose State will return for training camp in three months, where Amisone will look to build on his spring. The Spartans kick off at home on Aug. 28 versus Central Michigan.
