EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - In a message to parents, Effingham County Middle School announced that they received a robocall threat Wednesday afternoon. School officials said that out of an abundance of caution, they initiated a level three lockdown to ensure the safety of students and staff.
