OXFORD, Mich. (CBS DETROIT) - Police say three people are hospitalized after being shot on Christmas Eve in Oxford, Michigan.

The victim, a 14-year-old boy, was shot in the upper back and driven to Henry Ford Jackson Hospital for emergency medical treatment, police said.

A Butler County man is facing charges after police say he tried to shoot his older brother on Christmas Eve. Logan Rapsinski, 22, of Butler Township, is being charged with attempted homicide, and two counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.
