There is growing outrage over the death of Robert Brooks, an inmate in a New York state prison who was brutally beaten by more than a dozen corrections officers. Activists say it's part of a larger culture of violence within the correctional system.

The video of the brutal Dec. 9 beating from inside an upstate New York correctional facility shows officers repeatedly punching, kicking and dragging the handcuffed Brooks, who died a day later. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
