I’m somewhat confused by their relationship because if they’re just friends, I don’t understand why he always has problems including me so I can get to know her, too. I feel that their relationship is definitely more than a platonic one because he seems to be very involved emotionally with her,

My husband was a heavy drinker who quit alcohol for health reasons. Now if I have a drink or two, he gets irritable and starts fights. How should I handle this? I've been sneaking drinks behind his back,

The fact that seeing you imbibe has such a negative effect on your husband may be an indication that his own sobriety is shaky. If you really feel the need to have an alcoholic beverage (or two or three), consider doing it away from the house with women friends.

By the way, I have contributed more than my fair share financially and have taken on all domestic responsibility in this relationship, pretty much since Day One.
