Police in the East Bay are facing a new lawsuit for an incident where officers tasered a man who had just had a seizure and crashed his vehicle because he wasn't obeying officers' orders to get out of his car.

Hercules police used a stun gun three times on a young man who was recovering from a brain seizure during a medical emergency because he wasn't following the officers' commands to exit his car, body camera video obtained by KTVU shows.
