At least four people were shot Sunday evening in the French Quarter, New Orleans police said. Police reported the shooting near Iberville and Decatur streets at around 8:25 p.m. The shooting occurred as residents and tourists were celebrating the final day of the Crescent City's annual French Quarter Festival.
