CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Friday is the first night a portion of The Banks is restricted to ages 21 and above. The new policy applies only on Fridays and Saturdays between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.
Right now, the plan only fences off a small portion of The Banks on Freedom Way, between Joe Nuxhall Way and Walnut Street.
