A Melbourne council has ordered an immediate stop work on illegal construction at a major beach, that has seen vegetation ripped out and an unauthorised sea wall being built.
Gene Neill says he has budgeted $400,000 for legal fees in case he is prosecuted over the construction on a Frankston beach.
The following planning applications have been submitted to Mid Sussex District Council, Lewes District Council and the South Downs National Park Authority between February 24 and 28.
