Former Ole Miss Rebels superstar AJ Brown won his first Super Bowl in dominant fashion over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday.

In recent years, the Ole Miss Rebels football team has been a place where NFL scouts have looked to find great wide receiver talent. Laquon Treadwell started this movement in 2016 when he was selected in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft, and he paved the way for elite NFL pass catchers like A.J. Brown and D.K. Metcalf.

After Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes threw his second interception of the half, the Eagles turned to Brown for another scoring opportunity, one that made the advantage 24-0 prior to halftime. The 12-yard connection between Jalen Hurts and Brown was Brown's second reception of the night.

The Philadelphia Eagles are Super Bowl LIX champions, which is special and all, but for Ole Miss and A.J. Brown fans the game came with some incredible history-making moments too. When the Eagles were already up by 17 points Jalen Hurts found A.
