A bedroom blaze in a Garden Grove house was put out before it could spread to the rest of the structure Saturday by Orange County Fire Authority firefighters. The fire was reported at 2:24 p.m.

An abandoned school building in West Orange went up in flames Thursday night, drawing a large firefighting response.
