The Andover City Council unanimously approved both a residential subdivision and a preliminary plat for a development of five new lots with residential homes at Gladiola Street Northwest.

On April 3 at 2:59 a.m. at the intersection of Bunker Lake and Castle Field boulevards police responded to a single vehicle collision. Police arrested a woman and she was charged with DWI.
