A Southwest Airlines flight almost took off from a taxiway, rather than a runway, at Orlando International Airport in Florida before an air traffic controller stopped the plane, officials said.

In Orlando, a Southwest plane began its takeoff roll on the taxiway instead of the runway. It comes as Canadian investigators issued the first report on a fiery crash landing in Toronto.
