Two women were shot along Philadelphia's Ben Franklin Parkway while crowds gathered to celebrate the Super Bowl LIX victory parade on Friday.

Vanore said a 27-year-old woman and her boyfriend tried to cut through the porta-potty line, and someone in the crowd punched the boyfriend. A melee ensued and someone in the crowd fired shots, Vanore said, striking the woman in her calf, and hitting a 20-year-old bystander in the thigh.
