On Tuesday, with assistance from the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and TPD’s Forensic Electronic Media Unit, TPD/ICAC investigators served a search warrant at Badger's home on Tucson’s eastside.

The Tucson Unified School District has released the following statement after the arrest of teacher James Badger:

An ex-substitute teacher in Lake Wales was arrested for showing elementary school students sexually explicit photos of herself, police said.

The woman also has a criminal history including prior arrests for trespassing, battery, resisting arrest and criminal mischief, officials said.
