MANISTEE, MI – Police have identified two people who were found dead at a home in Manistee. According to the Manistee Police Department, Brett Haik, 61, and Melissa Haik, 68, died from gunshots to the head in the 900 block of High Street around 2:12 p.m. on Jan. 12. Both lived at the address, police said, and there is no threat to the public.
