A Powerball player in California missed out on the $163 million jackpot but still won $29,466, lottery officials said. The ticket in the Dec. 30 drawing matched four winning Powerball numbers plus the Powerball, according to the California Lottery.

The Powerball winning numbers are in for the Monday, Dec. 30 drawing with a jackpot is back to $163 million ($73.9 million cash value). The largest winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Michigan was worth $842.

The winning numbers in Monday evening’s drawing of the "Powerball" game were: 09-19-33-38-39, Powerball: 1 (nine, nineteen, thirty-three, thirty-eight, thirty-nine, Powerball: one, Power Play: three)

The Powerball jackpot has not been hit since Dec. 7, when a New York player won the $256 million grand prize, lottery officials said. To score a jackpot in the Powerball, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball. The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are 1 in 292,201,338.
