Turkey Run State Park is open daily from 7 am to 11 pm. Hiking trails are open from dawn to dusk. Some other activities may be closed or limited in the winter.

Turkey Run State Park has 20 Cabin Rooms and 3 Cabins for rent. Most are located just 50 yards from the Inn. Only the Roost House is 500 yards away from the Inn, on SR 47 just west of the Park’s main entrance gate, though you can walk to the Inn via a path that connects to Trail 11.

Turkey Run State Park Inn offers all the comforts of home in the beautiful and unique setting of Turkey Run State Park. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance – reserve early.

The first parcel of Turkey Run State Park‘s 2,382 acres was purchased during Indiana’s centennial in 1916 when the State Park system was first established. Turkey Run is Indiana’s second state park.

The Turkey Run State Park Nature Center offers interpretive naturalist services all year long. Scheduled programs include hikes, planetarium programs, history talks, a junior naturalist program, and evening programs.
