Get ready to settle in at Georgetown. Live on campus in a suite-style room, apartment or living-learning community, or apply to the Capitol Applied Learning Lab (CALL), where you’ll live in the heart of Washington, DC, intern during the day and take classes at night.

The following are the semesterly room rates for the 2024-2025 academic year; rates are charged in July for fall and December for spring. All students will be assessed a $200 deposit that will be refunded, minus any damages, after the close of the last semester they occupy campus housing.

Available rooms and apartments will be listed on Hoya Housing during your room selection process. At the end of each selection day, Residential Living will compile a list of chosen spaces to let students know what is gone.

VCW has private bathrooms with two sinks, one toilet, and one shower, while the rest of the halls have shared bathrooms and shower rooms.
