Carriage House Pilates was born literally in my backyard, in a repurposed carriage house in 2013. Since then our studio business has grown to provide excellent Pilates instruction for all levels, including comprehensive training for Pilates instructors under the National Certification of Pilates Teacher standards.

Our nationally certified pilates teachers will show you around the studio, complete a health intake form, and get you started on the reformer. During this session, we can answer any questions you may have about pilates and help you find the best path for your pilates training.

Through the CH Pilates Method modules, students will develop confidence in their own Pilates practice and will be trained to program Pilates sessions tailored to the needs of clients. Additionally, students will learn to work with other professionals in providing safe exercise within the Pilates teacher scope of practice.
