Oct 3, 2021 · I have an old Henry arms 10 gauge rabbit ear double barrel breech loader , has laminated steel barrels. NOT DASMASCAS.says laminated right between the barrels and you can see the layers looking at the edge of the barrels at the breech . This baby is heavy and I aint a weak guy. I shoot this gun with no problem, it chambered 3 Inch.

Jan 5, 2016 · I have a J.N. Scotts, double barrel, muzzle loading, shotgun. On top it says, London Stub Twist. The barrels are 34" it is a 12 gauge According to stamp underside of barrels. it is in very good condition given its age, no cracks and very solid, hammer springs very strong and triggers work very well. also has the crown stamp on the bottom with some letters under it.

Oct 5, 2013 · The fact is, if you're on a tight budget (and in the shotgun world, fewer than 4 figures is a tight budget) it's a mistake to get a double barrel. Oldfarmer is right on, again. Decent doubles are the most expensive of the common shotgun types. You can get a quality pump gun for a small fraction of the price.

For clays I have an over-under and do around 21-23 most of the time. For deer and hog hunting, I would like to convert a double barrelled 12 gauge 3" or 3 1/2" to a 20" for slugs only.

Smiths, Bakers and other fine guns of that era. This gun was very short lived and today is rare. One feature found on all H&A double barrel guns is the "rib extension" or "doll´s head."

Dec 1, 2003 · i was just given a t barker side by side double barrel 12 gauge with hammers and by the name it has a rabbit on it. the gun is in excellent condition. i was wondering of course what is it worth, but most of all, what years the rabbit ears (hammers) were available. on the vent rib it says belgium. any help would be appreciated
