Jun 4, 2019 · Best action to take is to log into your account, and change your UserID to something else. That something else should NOT be your email address. There is an internal email address that needs to be correctly yours, but the login UserID can be anything....but not anything anyone can easily figure.....but one you can remember easily.

When you go to that Account Recovery tool that I provided above (after first cleansing your browser like I instructed), if you no longer have the same phone or email address, you can leave the data field blank and instead use the small blue link "Try something else", and that will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Dec 12, 2023 · also, i found out how to log into to Idnotify via a search engine, without TurboTax/Intuit assistance, and the server is down. I can’t log in. Ugh. Super annoying when I’m told today my email address has, yet again, been discovered on the dark web and I have no way to look at the alert in Idnotify. How infuriating.

We'll send a code to either your email address or your phone. Enter the code we've sent you. We'll show you a list of your accounts. Select the one you want to sign in to.
