Nov 26, 2024 · I have contacted Asrock support, and turned out my motherboard has a problem with on board RGB controller. The only way to control the RGB is to use Asrock Polychrome app and/or enable deep sleep in bios. I am considering making a warranty claim, but it may take awhile. Except the on board rgb controller, the board is working great.
