Gosh, it is great to hear about women surviving until their nineties and beating breast cancer. My grandmother had breast cancer when she was 40. I don't remember much about it because I was a little kid but she died from a hospital infection 40 years later which had absolutely nothing to do with her breast cancer.

Evidently there were some smaller satellite tumors that had grown out from the larger one that couldn’t be seen on imaging. The right breast had a very small Mucinous cancer that was only visible with MRI imaging. I also had different pathologies in each breast. @shannon1965, unfortunately, @zipmonk is HER2-negative, and Enhertu is for HER2-Postive and HER2-Low breast cancer. Although, zipmonk, you could ask your doctors to retest your HER2 status as some breast cancers that have been treated as HER2-negative are actually HER2-low.

Fareston is a SERM like Tamoixifen that is mainly used for metastatic breast cancer which I do not have. My BC was IDC, stage 1 - lumpectomy, chemo and radiation. Fareston is an antiestrogen, that is also known as Tamoxifen for post menopausal women. I had a hysterectomy so I do not have to worry about the possibility of uterine cancer.

This past September I had a screening MRI (strong family history of ovarian and breast cancer, BI-RADS D breast density). It showed a "10 x 9 x 11 mm homogeneously enhancing but slightly spiculated nodule in the axillary tail of the left breast". BI-RADS 5. The radiologist recommended targeted ultrasound with possible biopsy.
