Apr 19, 2021 · I use a 23 quart presto pressure canner that I snagged on Amazon for $65 pre COVID, about $130 nowadays... I have a safety valve set at 30lbs which is the max for the canner. Amazon has a few options for pressure pots specific for resin now too.
