If you are not, it's possible that the original owner didn't pay FSD fully but only rent it monthly. You need to look at the line: FSD package included, then you know that your car has FSD.

Feb 4, 2023 · The release notes would not help. The software set last installed was an FSD beta software set and the release notes would reflect that. But, if there is no FSD Capability shown on the software page, then the car almost certainly had a monthly FSD subscription, which has expired. So, none of the FSD features should be functional at this time.

Feb 11, 2021 · With the imminent FSD price increase to $12K on January 17th, I'm revisiting my decision to purchase FSD. The only features I use regularly are basic summon (via key fob) and prompted AP lane changes, but can't justify $10K for that. Hopefully FSD subscriptions will be available in Canada at some point.

Oct 30, 2024 · FSD is 100% better than the Autopilot I had on my previous 2021 Model 3 where there was definitely a problem with phantom braking. But that is gone now with FSD. FSD will simply click off if there is an issue and it can be easily reset.

Oct 6, 2017 · I just know that awhile back, "FSD Beta" was renamed to "FSD Supervised" in the release notes for the software update. I am guessing the change on the website is to reflect that. Tesla changed the name to FSD Supervised to make it clearer that FSD is not unsupervised yet. Yes, people buying FSD today are only guaranteed performance today.

FSD performed (mostly) perfectly, including parking properly at a supercharger, a U-turn, negotiating getting out of a parking garage with a barrier that raised after a long pause.
