GREENBERG, MAURICE R. (1925– ), U.S. insurance executive. Born in New York City, Greenberg was six when he moved to a dairy farm after his father's death and his mother's remarriage. After fighting in Europe, Greenberg went to college under the g.i. bill, graduating from the University of Miami and then from New York Law School.
