Dec 29, 2023 · [Altoona, PA – December 4, 2023] – Reliance Bank today announced that its new Downtown Altoona branch located at 1300 11th Avenue will open its doors to customers on December 18, 2023. To facilitate the transition, banking operations at the current 12th Street location (1119 12th Street) will conclude at 1:00 p.m. on December 8th.
