Nov 11, 2010 · The 2009 CHAS tables would be very helpful in providing numbers to support housing policy decisions. In addition, the 2009 CHAS tables are great for updating consolidated plans. The CHAS tables are provided in user friendly Excel files, and I had no trouble downloading and accessing the files.

Section 811 PRA and LOMR-F Floodplain Process
If I have a new construction LIHTC project located in a FEMA Zone AE (100-year floodplain) but plan to remove it from the floodplain through a Letter of Map Revision based on Fill (LOMR-F), can I receive a commitment from a state housing finance agency to utilize Section 811 PRA during the LIHTC application process?
