Launch the ESPN app. When asked to login to my provider I was able to do it (YouTube TV). Here's my details on models/versions of the hardware and software I'm running: iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 16.6.1

Channels owned by the Walt Disney Company (ABC, ESPN) and News Corporation (FOX, National Geographic), as well as MLB Network transmit in 720p. I'm coming from DirecTV and love watching F1 in surround sound. I would even prefer to watch in crappy 720p over the F1TV app in half-decent 1080p.
