My version of Tiropita, (GREEK CHEESE PIE WITH FETA) so in my eyes these are not quite perfected yet! I tried to do this using the air fryer today and also over stuffed my filo (apparently there’s no such thing over stuffing them 😂) 🤦🏽‍♀️ besides that they tasted amazing! I just need to add less filling and use one sheet of filo folded and use the oven or alternate the times on air fryer.
