✨ Pesto Potato Salad ✨ Day 3 of 10 days of my Easy Salad Recipes 👩🏼‍🍳 Ingredients: * 1 kg baby potatoes * 150g bacon (10 rashers) * 125g thick mayonnaise * 125g sour cream * 60g pesto * 50g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped * Basil to garnish Method: 1.
