☘️ Trifolium Repens is native to Europe and Asia and invasive in the U.S. ☘️ Dried flowers can be used in baked goods, as a jelly, or infused into cold beverages. They are a nice flavor and very versatile. Flavor is similar to red clover though not exactly the same. ☘️ To make an infusion, add 4 cups of boiling water to 1 cup of red clover blossoms and let it steep for at least 30 minutes but up to 4 hours for a stronger infusion.
